We build strong and long-lasting partnerships with a select number of well-established European and North American private equity firms.
We also acquire direct minority positions in French companies, partnering with committed management teams, founding families or lead financial sponsors.
We leverage Rothschild & Co's network and deep sector expertise to bring added value both in transaction processes and throughout our investments' lifespan.
Our dedicated team of investment professionals has a flexible mandate that enables us to target a variety of sectors where we typically invest between €5million to €30million.
