Asset Management

Our Asset Management team offers a full range of products to our institutional, external distributor and independent financial adviser clients – including Equities, Fixed-Income Bonds, Convertible Bonds and Flexible Diversified Funds. We're known for our long-term, high-conviction approach, which sees us taking strong positions in certain securities, sectors and thematic areas.

We manage a diversified range of funds including those belonging to hedge funds, long-only funds and combinations of both. We also have an Open Architecture Investment Solutions sub-team that gives us the freedom to invest in the funds that best-match our clients' needs – even if they're not our own.

What we offer

In line with our principles of integrity, respect and building relationships over the long-term, we pride ourselves on rewarding our people properly. Compensation is reviewed annually in line with performance appraisals and consists of a mix of fixed and variable elements. Fixed compensation is based on the local market rate as well as your responsibilities, skills and experience. The variable components are based on your own performance, as well as your team's and the wider business as a whole. And because we know that everyone has different priorities, we offer a platter of benefits on top.

Training and development
