Rothschild & Co named Capital Markets Adviser and Bank for Governments of the Year

Rothschild & Co has received two of the top awards from IFR this year - Capital Markets Adviser and Bank for Governments of the Year

This is the fourth time we have been named Capital Markets Adviser of the Year, which acknowledges our achievements in both Debt Advisory and Equity Advisory. Judges highlighted our global scale and leading deal flow, as well as our wider experience and expanding services as vital to clients.

For Bank for Governments of the Year, judges highlighted our willingness and ability to think creatively for clients and our trusted relationships with governments around the world.

Additionally, we advised on several winning transactions:

  • Hertz’ restructuring was named Americas Restructuring of the Year
  • Allfunds' IPO was named EMEA IPO of the Year
  • Prudential’s follow-on/share offer was named Asia-Pacific Secondary Equity Issue of the Year
