Kai Tschoeke

Kai Tschöke is Chairman of Rothschild & Co, Germany and Austria​ based in Frankfurt. For more than three decades Kai has advised numerous German and international clients on a wide range of M&A, equity, and debt transactions.

From 1993 to 2013 he worked for Morgan Stanley in London and Frankfurt, for the last years as head of M&A for Germany/Austria and a member of the management board of Morgan Stanley Bank AG.
