Thorben Hett

Thorben is Head of FAGT, and a member of the FAMS Investment Committees, based in San-Francisco.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2021, Thorben was a Senior Portfolio Manager at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he managed ADIA’s technology private equity investment activities across venture capital, growth equity and buyouts globally.

Previously, he was a Principal at SVB Capital where he co-managed the firm’s direct investment funds. Thorben started his technology investing career with the investment arms of Sony, Intel and Bertelsmann in Europe.

Thorben graduated from the London School of Economics and the University of St. Gallen.
