Plamen Kovachev

Plamen is an Investment Manager, based in London.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2021, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. He worked across McKinsey’s London, New York and Dubai offices, primarily advising private equity clients and specialising on technology and software topics. Previously, Plamen worked at One Equity Partners and Agilitas Private Equity with a focus on TMT transactions.

Plamen holds a BA and MA in Politics, Psychology and Sociology from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from London Business School.
