Marja Verbon

Marja is a Director in the Portfolio Operations Group, based in London.

Marja joined Five Arrows in 2022, following the sale of her company Jump.Work, an AI People Analytics platform, to Jobandtalent.

Previously, Marja worked at McKinsey & Company on PE & Strategy projects; and in Venture Capital at Piton Capital, investing in network-effects businesses, such as Auto1 Group and Lantum.

She holds a B.A. in Economics and Management and a M.Sc. in Sociology with distinction from the University of Oxford and speaks English, Dutch and Italian.
