Executive 1e pension solutions

Flexibly invest and optimise your pension benefits.

EXECUTIVE PENSION SOLUTIONS

Our 1e pension plans supplement basic pension plans and give you – or your employees, the freedom to individually choose the investment strategy of pension assets and reduce taxable income through additional voluntary pension contributions.

What is a 1e pension plan?

1e pension plans allow insurees to flexibily and individually determine the investment of their occupational pension assets. These pensions plans apply for insurees earning more than CHF 136’080.

Together with PensExpert AG, a leading provider of pension solutions, we offer executive 1e pension plans with different investment strategies tailored to the specific pension and investment needs of employers and their employees.

Insurees are thus able to choose their own investment strategy and save in their own fund pool. This eliminates the redistributive effects of basic pension schemes, which are currently exacerbated by demographic and interest rate trends.

Advantages for employees

Our executive 1e pension solutions offer employees key advantages:

  • Free choice of investment strategy, which can be adjusted for more or less risk on a regular basis
  • Tax optimisation benefits due to potentially higher additional private purchases
  • Full participation in financial market performance, with safeguarding against redistributive effects
Advantages for employers

Our solutions are also advantageous for employers, providing:

  • Heightened attractiveness as an employer of choice that provides employees with a modern and flexible pension solution
  • No pension shortfalls in pension scheme
  • Leaner balance sheets given the separation of supplementary pension plans (in accordance with IAS 19)
