Laura Buxton

Laura is a Principal at Five Arrows, based in London. She is responsible for maintaining and growing the network of Operators across the Corporate Private Equity funds.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2022, Laura worked in executive search for seven years, latterly as a Principal at Skill Capital, a leading private equity focused boutique, in New York City. She began her career at Odgers Berndtson, the largest executive search firm in the UK, conducting board and executive appointments in the Healthcare sector.

Laura graduated from Durham University with a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences.
