Transaction R&Co strengthens its regional presence with the opening of an office in Bordeaux
Following the opening of the Lyon office last year, Transaction R&Co, a team dedicated (within Global Advisory) to SMEs and Mid-Caps with a strong expertise in M&A advisory, is launching a new office in Bordeaux. This signifies our commitment to providing differentiated and highly specialised advice in the region.
Romain Massiah joins Transaction R&Co as Managing Partner to develop this activity. He has acquired over 20 years' experience in M&A dedicated to the mid-cap segment covering SMEs, private equity funds and major corporate groups. He has extensive expertise in investment banking and deep knowledge of the local economy.
Through this new location, Transaction R&Co is joining forces with the Rothschild Martin Maurel wealth management teams present in Bordeaux and Toulouse to provide local entrepreneurs with expert advice for their projects, covering all their financial needs.
