Through a series of private equity and private debt funds, we manage capital for a select set of leading global institutional and private investors who understand that we put as much emphasis on risk management as we do on driving returns.

You will contribute to the investment mandates we have from our investors, rapidly develop your technical skills, and grow every day as an investor making a meaningful impact on value creation from your very first day.

What we offer

In line with our principles of integrity, respect and building relationships over the long-term, we pride ourselves on rewarding our people properly. Compensation is reviewed annually in line with performance appraisals and consists of a mix of fixed and variable elements. Fixed compensation is based on the local market rate as well as your responsibilities, skills and experience. The variable components are based on your own performance, as well as your team's and the wider business as a whole. And because we know that everyone has different priorities, we offer a platter of benefits on top.
