Our programmes
What is the opening and closing date for applications?
Please visit our Search Opportunities page to view our available roles. For many of our opportunities, the vacancy will close when all positions have been filled, so early application is strongly advised.
How many programmes can I apply for?
You can submit a maximum of three applications globally per recruitment cycle.
Can I apply to the same programme in different regions?
Yes, however it will still be considered under the maximum of three applications you are able to submit.
Do you offer off cycle internships in other departments, e.g. Finance, Legal, HR as well as Industrial Placements to students?
We offer internships within our Support division on an ad-hoc basis. All opportunities will be advertised on our website.
Unfortunately, we do not currently run industrial placements.
Can I withdraw my application?
Yes, you can self-withdraw. When you log into your account, please click on the relevant role where you will find the ‘Withdraw Application’ button.
Eligibility / academic requirements
I am a master’s student, am I eligible for the summer internships?
Yes, you can apply to both the Summer and Graduate programme.
Please note, the Summer Analyst Programmes are primarily aimed at penultimate year students because if offered a graduate role, it will be for the following year.
Can GCSE students apply for Work Experience opportunities?
Our Work Experience opportunities are aimed at students in Year 12 and Year 13 only. At the point in time when you apply, you must be in these respective year groups.
How are the UCAS Points calculated for your programmes?
Your final A Level grades should be used to calculate your UCAS points using the new UCAS system. Please visit the UCAS Website to find out more.
Visas
Do you sponsor work visas?
The option of visa sponsorship can be evaluated during the selection process, however, it may not be possible for all opportunities. For successful candidates, please note the offer of employment is subject to approval from immigration prior to your start date. Please visit the government website of the relevant country you have applied to for more information on visas.
Application process and assessments
Do you offer reasonable adjustments during the assessment process?
Yes, we offer reasonable adjustments for our assessments as required.
Please note the online assessment is not timed so you do not require extra time for this. For any other adjustments, please use the Contact Us section within the application portal Help Centre and we will be happy to assist further.
I have already completed assessments in a previous application, can you use those results?
Yes, unless stated otherwise after you submit your application. If you have already completed an online assessment for a previous application in the same year, you do not need to complete another one.
Can I make edits to my CV and Cover Letter after submitting my application?
No once submitted, changes cannot be made to your CV and Cover Letter. Please take your time to ensure all information you submit is accurate.
Online Assessment Extensions
We do not offer extensions to complete our online assessments and advise you complete them within the given deadline to avoid an incomplete application.
I am yet to receive a link to the online assessments, what should I do?
It can sometimes take up to 3 working days for candidates to receive the assessment after submitting their application. If 3 working days pass, please visit the Help Centre within the application portal.
Technical issues
I am having issues with the test loading on my browser, what can I do?
We recommend completing assessments on Google Chrome. If the problem persists, please visit the Help Centre within the application portal.
My account is locked, how can I log back into my candidate portal?
Please reset your password, and make sure you are using the correct email address associated with that account. If you are still unable to access your account, please visit the Help Centre within the application portal.
How can I be sure that my application has been submitted?
Once you have clicked ‘Apply’ you will be redirected to log in or create a candidate account. Fill in the application form and ensure you press submit. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of your submission. It will also show as ‘Application received’ on your candidate portal. If you are required to complete an assessment as part of the application, this will also need to be completed in order for your application to be considered. Regularly check your candidate portal for updates on your application.
