Embracing Diversity
We believe that diverse candidates lead to innovation and success. By welcoming individuals who have taken career breaks we feel we enrich our company culture and foster an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
At Rothschild & Co we understand circumstances and priorities change leading to many highly skilled, professional men and women taking career breaks. We recognise the valuable skills that these individuals can bring regardless of the gaps in their career journey.
In 2023 we created our first ever Career Relaunch Programme which is dedicated to supporting individuals who are seeking to re-enter the workforce after a career break. We believe in the importance of our Career Relaunch Programme for different reasons:
We believe that diverse candidates lead to innovation and success. By welcoming individuals who have taken career breaks we feel we enrich our company culture and foster an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
A career break should not hinder individuals from pursuing their professional goals. Our programme provides a platform to individuals to reignite their careers and leverage their valuable skills and experiences, contributing towards our success.
We understand that returning to work after an extended break can be daunting, especially with industries evolving. Our Career Relaunch Programme provides a platform offers training, mentorships and resources to help participants bridge skill gaps and stay competitive in their fields.
Our people support each other to deliver the best products and services to our clients, so we encourage everyone to build a wide network across the firm. We look to recruit people who can foster this kind of inclusive, supportive environment. And when you join us, we will continue to support your personal development through our internal networks and membership of external networking organisations.
