Strategic hire strengthens Rothschild & Co’s expertise in the Technology sector in North America

Rothschild & Co announced today that Will Eide has joined its Global Advisory business as a Managing Director in the Technology Team, effective immediately. Mr. Eide brings more than 15 years of experience advising on M&A transactions, capital raises and restructurings in the technology sector to the firm. He will be based in New York.

"His distinguished expertise in corporate strategy and financial advisory, coupled with proven, leadership driving complex transactions, will greatly strengthen our ability to provide market-leading strategic guidance. Previously, Mr. Eide was Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners, where he advised companies in the legal, regulatory and compliance technology sectors. Prior to this, he was Director of the TMT Group at Houlihan Lokey, where he led the legal, compliance and government technology verticals. Mr. Eide has also served in several corporate development leadership roles at Lighthouse Global, STX Entertainment, and MGM. He began his investment banking career at Macquarie Capital as a member of the TMT group.

Mr. Eide holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from Williams College.
