Rothschild & Co appoints Patrick Eisenring as new CFO for its Swiss Wealth Management business

Christian Bouet, CFO of Rothschild & Co’s Wealth and Asset Management, who has also been CFO of Rothschild & Co Bank AG for the past 11 years, is stepping down from his operational role in Switzerland and will join the Board of Directors of the bank in Switzerland. Patrick Eisenring, currently Finance Director Wealth Management Switzerland and International Subsidiaries, will take over as CFO as of 1 January 2025.

Rothschild & Co today announces an important leadership change in Switzerland. After over 11 successful years with Rothschild & Co Bank in Switzerland, Christian Bouet, who currently holds the position of both the CFO of Wealth and Asset Management as well as Rothschild & Co Bank AG has decided to step back from operational business in Switzerland and give up his position as CFO and member of the Executive Committee, effective 31 December 2024.

At the same time, Christian will continue to be the CFO of the Wealth and Asset Management Division as well as a newly appointed member of the Board of Directors of Rothschild & Co Bank AG, effective 1 January 2025.

The Board of Directors of Rothschild & Co Bank AG has appointed Patrick Eisenring as the Bank's new CFO and a member of the Executive Committee, effective 1 January 2025. Patrick joined Rothschild & Co in 2017 and has since held the role of Finance Director Wealth Management Switzerland and International Subsidiaries. Before joining Rothschild & Co, Patrick held senior positions at Credit Suisse Group and Hewlett Packard International in various global and Swiss finance director roles. His academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biotechnology from Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management, and a Master of Advanced Studies in Finance from University of Zurich.
