Alex Cartel

Alex has over 30 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions and strategic / capital markets advice. He joined Rothschild & Co in 2024, previously he was Managing Director, Head of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory at Citigroup Australia, Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking Coverage at Deutsche Bank AG Australia.

Alex is also the President of the Australian Takeovers Panel, a member of the Board at the State Library of Victoria and Chair’s the Library’s Foundation Council.
