Thomas Ragagnon

Thomas is a Director, based in Paris.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2024, Thomas was a Principal at BC Partners where he focused on technology investments. Previously, he was a case team leader at Bain & Company, where he led and supported commercial due diligence for private equity funds. He started his career at Roland Berger in Paris.

Thomas holds a Master’s in Management from ESSEC Business School.
