Rebeca Ehrnrooth

Rebeca Ehrnrooth is a Managing Director, Business Development based in New York.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2026, Rebeca was Head of Investor Relations and Capital Markets at Equilibrium Capital. Previously, Rebeca was at Pantheon and Fitch Ratings. She started her career as a banker at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.

Rebeca holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics, where she also completed the CEMS program. She also holds a Masters in Middle Eastern Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
