Laura McMullen

Laura is Head of Sustainability and Impact in the Portfolio Operations Group, based in London.

Prior to joining Five Arrows, Laura was ESG Director at Cinven, where she led the firm’s sustainability strategy. Previously, Laura worked as an independent sustainability consultant, Global Head of Sustainability at Compass Group, Business Development Director at Funding Circle, and Associate Vice President at Macquarie Capital Partners.

Laura graduated with an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s degree from Oxford University.
