Dylan joined Five Arrows in 2025 as an intern before moving into a full-time role. Prior to this, Dylan gained experience at Luna Investment Management.

Dylan holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Manchester, where he received the Dean’s Award for Achievement.
