Kristell Agaësse started her career in 2000 at Barep Asset Management as a Portfolio Manager (convertible bonds arbitrage). She joined Rothschild & Co Asset Management in 2006 as a Convertible Bonds Portfolio Manager. In 2011, she became Head of Convertible Bonds. In 2020, she was appointed Head of High Yield & Convertible Bonds.

Kristell holds a MSc in Financial Markets, Commodity Markets and Risk Management from the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL.
