Use every moment to learn and explore new opportunities

Manasa is a Director in our Global Advisory business in our London office, where she works in Industrial & Business Services.

Her career of over ten years at Rothschild & Co has spanned three countries. It started with an internship in London and continued in our Mumbai office as an Analyst in Global Advisory. After a secondment to Dubai, she is back in our London office as a Director.

“I would say my internship in London was unique compared to other peers at business school because I actually had the opportunity to work directly with a client and develop a financial model for them.

"What I really loved was how genuine, supportive and helpful the team were. They were very open to giving me the opportunity to work and learn and placed faith in me immediately."

During her career at Rothschild & Co, Manasa has had the opportunity to learn how things are done in three different countries.

“Being based in a country for an extended period allows you to understand its people, culture, and the similarities and nuances of our business. The experience has definitely helped me move out of my comfort zone, and given me the confidence to handle new situations”.
