Photobox Group is the leading European online retailer and manufacturer of personalised photo albums, gifts and greetings cards. The company operates through four main brands: Photobox (mainly France and UK), Hofmann (Spain), Poster XXL (Germany), and Moonpig (UK). 

Photobox was acquired by Exponent Private Equity and Electra Partners from a syndicate of VC funds in October 2015. FACS provided a Second Lien facility to support the acquisition.
