Overview of Role

We are currently looking for an intern for a 6-12 month internship to join Wealth Management Switzerland's Private Markets team. This is a particularly compelling opportunity to join a highly qualified team, providing the successful candidate with an excellent platform to broaden and deepen their experience across the banking and private markets landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales and marketing effort across the entire Private Markets offering, including regular updates of sales decks, marketing presentations and product materials
  • Carry out market research and ad‑hoc analyses to support investment and sales initiatives
  • Prepare materials for client updates, consolidating fund information, performance data and client‑specific reporting needs
  • Support for the preparation of investors’ reporting
  • Support clients' portfolio health checks and cashflow projections
  • Support fund due diligence processes
  • Other ad-hoc projects & administrative requirements

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master in Economics or Finance, Commercial degree, bank apprenticeship or similar
  • Very strong Excel skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

  • Completed Internship in the financial industry is considered a plus
  • Knowledge and interest in financial markets and private banking
  • Fluent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Commercial ability
  • Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt messages to different audiences
  • Proactive can-do attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability, flexibility, commitment and responsibility
