Rothschild & Co remporte trois prix aux Euromoney's Awards for Excellence (en anglais uniquement)
Rothschild & Co has been named Western Europe’s Best Bank for Advisory, Best Investment Bank in the Netherlands and Best Investment Bank in the UK at this year’s Euromoney Awards for Excellence.
The awards reflect our breadth of capabilities across M&A and financing advisory over the 12 months April 2022 to March 2023.
Regarding Western Europe, judges commented on our superior deal volume, highlighting the significant gap in deal number against the bulge-bracket firms. They highlighted our outstanding contributions in recent landmark deals, including Volkswagen’s €9.4 billion IPO of Porsche AG and Blackstone’s €21 billion sale and recapitalisation of Mileway.
For the Netherlands, the judges highlighted our strong market share and independent advisory role to the Dutch insurance group ASR on its €595m million accelerated bookbuild in relation to ABN Amro’s €500m share buyback.
