Global Advisory has been recognised with five prestigious awards at this year’s Euromoney's Awards for Excellence:

  • Europe's Best Investment Bank for M&A
  • UK's Best Investment Bank for M&A
  • France's Best Investment Bank
  • France's Best Investment Bank for M&A
  • Middle East's Best Bank for Capital Markets Advisory

For 2025, we ranked 1st by number of announced and completed deals, cementing our position as Europe's most active bank. These awards recognise the breadth of our advisory performance across M&A and financing, and, the trust our clients place in us. This marks the second consecutive year that we’ve been named UK's Best Investment Bank for M&A.

This recognitions pointed to our role in a number of landmark transactions over the past year, across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including: OMV’s creation of a US$60bn+ global polyolefins champion through the simultaneous combination of Borealis and Borouge, Sanofi’s €16bn dual-track process culminating in a 50% disposal of Opella to CD&R, Coca-Cola's US$5.2bn sale of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa spanning the US, Switzerland and South Africa.
