RL Solutions was initially founded in 1997, establishing itself as a leader in the Patient Safety and Risk Management Solutions industry. In July 2018, Datix acquired RL Solutions. Subsequently in September 2021, RLDatix acquired Allocate, a leading international provider of Human Capital Management solutions, supporting the operational and administrative needs of the healthcare sector, with more than 800 clients and over two million staff rostered daily. Allocate serves the largest public and private sector institutions around the world.
