    With more than 70 professionals in Frankfurt we advise our clients on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raising as well as restructuring processes.

    Our recruitment philosophy remains to hire motivated and talented individuals who will be directly involved in all aspects of the business globally and who will actively participate in shaping the growth of our business in the future.

    In order to expand our presence and market position in Germany further we are looking for Graduates (m/f/d) for our M&A Team in Frankfurt.

    Successful candidates will join the Global Graduate Training Programme which shall take place in July 2026.

    As a Graduate in our Global Advisory business you will work in dedicated project teams to support our clients with various backgrounds and we will familiarize you with the entire range of our advisory services. In specialized teams you will profit from the expert knowledge and the experience of our excellent advisors.

    Graduates are recruited from all degree disciplines and a high level of academic achievement is required, together with strong numeracy, communication and interpersonal skills. First experience in financing or capital markets related environment (via internships) is an advantage. Fluency in German and English is also essential.
