Rothschild Global Advisory appoints Peter Ding as Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairman of Greater China Rothschild
Rothschild Global Advisory (RGA), part of the Rothschild & Co Group, today announced that Peter Ding will join the firm as Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairman for Greater China, effective 18 September 2018.
Mr Ding will be based in the Hong Kong office and work together with RGA teams in Greater China and around the world with a particular focus on client origination in mainland China and the strategic development of the business in the region. Mr Ding has over 20 years' experience in Asian investment banking. Most recently, he was a founding partner of Quintus Partners, having previously been Managing Director and Head of Greater China Investment Banking at Barclays. Prior to joining Barclays he was also Co-Head of M&A for Asia at Morgan Stanley, and Co-Head of Investment Banking at UBS Securities China.

The news follows the recent appointment of Elizabeth Wang as Head of RGA in Greater China, leading the office in the region and advising clients on their financial and strategic transactions.
