Rothschild & Co named Best Equity Capital Markets Adviser
Rothschild & Co was named Best Equity Capital Markets Adviser at the 2019 GlobalCapital ECM Awards.
This is the fourth time in five years that we have received this award.
In addition, two of our Equity Advisory transactions were selected for awards:
- FDJ'S €1.9bn Privatisation IPO was named Deal of the Year, as well as IPO of the Year, Privatisation of the Year, and Deal of the Year in France
- Worldline's €2bn monetization of shares by Atos and SIX Group (we advised Atos) was named Structured Equity Deal of the Year
