Governance
The Rothschild & Co Foundation serves as the Group’s corporate foundation and is governed by a Management Committee, with Alexandre de Rothschild serving as President and Marc-Olivier Laurent as Chair.
The Committee composition represents the Group’s geographical and business diversity and include non-executive members with subject-matter expertise. It meets three times a year to guide strategic development. The Foundation’s activities are delivered through a dedicated fund managed and administered by the King Baudouin Foundation (KBF), a public utility foundation in Belgium, which disburses grants to selected non-profits.
