Rothschild & Co named best adviser in both equity and debt capital markets for second consecutive year
Rothschild Global Advisory has been recognised as the leading provider of independent financing advice for a second consecutive year.
We were named both Best Adviser to Corporates on Loans and Private Placements, and Best Equity Capital Markets Adviser by GlobalCapital, at their Loans and ECM awards respectively. These awards are unique in the industry in separately recognising independent equity and debt advisers, and our repeat wins demonstrate our position as the leader in both fields.
In addition, several of our transactions were selected as the best in their market. These included the IPO of innogy, which was named Equity Capital Markets Deal of the Year and IPO of the Year, and Bayer's mandatory convertible notes which was named Equity-Linked Bond Deal of the Year. We also advised on winning deals in regional markets including the Benelux, the Nordic Region, Germany and Italy.
