Brent Surber

Brent Surber is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Private Capital Markets within Global Markets Solutions (GMS) at Rothschild & Co in New York. He has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on bespoke equity and debt financings, capital structure advisory and solutions, and private capital distribution.

Prior to joining Rothschild & Co in 2026, Brent was a Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities and Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey. Brent holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Columbia Business School and a BS in Commerce with Distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
