James Ben

James Ben is a Partner, Head of M&A in North America and also Co-Head of U.S. Consumer at Rothschild & Co. Before joining Rothschild & Co, He was a Managing Director and Head of Global Consumer Retail M&A at Barclays and Lehman Brothers.

James began his career as a lawyer and practiced law with Sullivan & Cromwell as a member of the firm’s M&A group. He has a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.
