Career Relaunch Programme

Are you looking to relaunch your career? Perhaps you’ve been focusing on your family or pursuing a passion? Are you ready to come back to the corporate environment?

At Rothschild & Co we understand circumstances and priorities change leading to many highly skilled, professional men and women taking career breaks. We recognise the valuable skills that these individuals can bring regardless of the gaps in their career journey.

In 2023 we created our first ever Career Relaunch Programme which is dedicated to supporting individuals who are seeking to re-enter the workforce after a career break. We believe in the importance of our Career Relaunch Programme for different reasons:

A career break should not hinder individuals from pursuing their professional goals. Our programme provides a platform to individuals to reignite their careers and leverage their valuable skills and experiences, contributing towards our success.

Addressing the skills gap

We understand that returning to work after an extended break can be daunting, especially with industries evolving. Our Career Relaunch Programme provides a platform offers training, mentorships and resources to help participants bridge skill gaps and stay competitive in their fields.

Who is the programme aimed at?

The programme is aimed at Financial Services/Banking professionals, looking to make a return to work after a career break of 18 months or more.

What is the application process?

  1. Apply for the programme via our careers site.
  2. Applications will be assessed and if you are selected for interview you will be contacted by the Lateral Recruitment Team.
  3. The interviews will be over two stages, face to face, and you’ll receive an outcome shortly after.

When can I apply?

Our programme applications will be between the months of May and June with interviews taking place in June and July.

When does the programme start?

The next programme will run in 2027.

Can I apply for more than one role?

You can apply for multiple roles.

How long does the programme last?

The duration of the programme will be six to nine months.
