David M. Baron

David Baron serves as Partner and Global Head of Technology at Rothschild & Co. With over 25 years of experience as a trusted advisor to the global technology sector, David advises corporate management teams, founders, boards, and private equity sponsors across an array of complex strategic and capital markets transactions. His track record spans over 100 industry-shaping deals totalling more than $250 billion in value.

Having spearheaded the launch of the firm's US technology practice over a decade ago, David has built a world-class global team delivering independent, conflict-free advice to the technology ecosystem. Prior to joining Rothschild & Co in 2013, David was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and Barclays. He holds an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School and earned his BA in Economics and English from Rutgers College.
