Carlos Hernando

Carlos Hernando is a Managing Director at Rothchild & Co’s debt advisory and restructuring practice in Madrid. He has over 20 years of industry experience.

Prior to joining Rothschild & Co in 2016, Carlos was a Director at JB Capital Markets and prior to that, an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where he worked for nine years in the Global Capital Market team.

Carlos holds an Executive MBA from the London Business School, a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
