Diego joined our Global Advisory business in Mexico City over three years ago and is now a Vice-President.

We don't only cover Mexico - we also go to Central America and other regions in South America to be close to our clients. I think that this sends a message to our clients that we are there for them, and that they have a local connection to a global network.

In the Mexico office, there are around 20 bankers. We are in a soccer league where we go and play on Saturdays. And then in the office, we get to collaborate in a more professional way. This integration of the team, it really makes it helpful having that support.
