When it comes to wealth management, short-term thinking often dominates.

At Rothschild & Co, our long-term perspective is what sets us apart. It helps that our founding family are one of the few to have successfully preserved their own wealth over many generations.

When you join us, you'll be helping our clients do the same as you provide investments and advice that meet their goals – from providing an income, to careful estate and succession planning and navigating complex family issues.

What we offer

In line with our principles of integrity, respect and building relationships over the long-term, we pride ourselves on rewarding our people properly. Compensation is reviewed annually in line with performance appraisals and consists of a mix of fixed and variable elements. Fixed compensation is based on the local market rate as well as your responsibilities, skills and experience. The variable components are based on your own performance, as well as your team's and the wider business as a whole. And because we know that everyone has different priorities, we offer a platter of benefits on top.

Training and development

We treat all our employees as individuals, so there's no one-size-fits-all approach to the training we offer. When you join us we'll take the time to find out what your goals are and how we can help you reach them through bespoke coaching and development opportunities.
