Roman Waleczek is a Managing Director at Rothschild & Co’s office in Frankfurt. He has 23 years of industry experience, advising strategic and financial investors as well as governments in the energy, infrastructure and public sectors.
Prior to joining Rothschild & Co in 2025, Roman spent 19 years at Morgan Stanley in Frankfurt and three years at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, London and Madrid. Roman holds a double degree in business administration from ICADE, Madrid and ESB Reutlingen, Germany. Roman is a member of the Executive Committee (GA) of Rothschild Deutschland.
