Rothschild & Co named European and African Financial Adviser of the Year at the IJGlobal Awards
Rothschild & Co has been named European and African Financial Adviser of the Year for the second consecutive year at the IJGlobal Awards. Additionally, four of our deals were selected as winners for the Deals of the Year categories:
- European M&A Deal of the Year - John Laing Infrastructure Fund's cash offer by Dalmore and Equitix
- European Waste Deal of the Year - Dalmore, Fiera, Semperian and Swiss Life's acquisition of Cory Riverside Energy
- European Transmission & Distribution Deal of the Year - Antin Infrastructure's acquisition of Idex
- European Water Deal of the Year - EQT's acquisition of Saur
