John Deans is a Partner of Rothschild & Co and Chairman (UK) of Global Advisory. John has been with the firm for 30+ years advising mainly corporate clients on all aspects of M&A, Debt, Equity and Restructuring. John was educated at The Glasgow Academy and Heriot -Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland where he received an Honours degree in Business Law.
John is a Non-Executive Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of the HALO Trust, the international mine and munitions clearing charity.
