Ryan Loveless

Ryan is a Principal in the Portfolio Operations Group, based in New York.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2025, Ryan was a Value Creation Director at Vista Equity Partners. He partnered with executive teams at Vista portfolio companies to accelerate their growth and transformation across all value creation levers, including Go-to-Market, Product & Technology, Business Operations, and Talent.

Previously, Ryan led the management consulting practice at a regional accounting firm, where he served mid-market private equity firms on strategic projects. He also worked at Boston Consulting Group, supporting clients in the private equity, healthcare, and consumer sectors. Ryan began his career at GE Energy, as part of their Financial Management Program.

Ryan completed his MBA at the University of Virginia and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Furman University.
