Parin Shah

Parin is a Managing Director, based in New York.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2025, Parin was a Principal at OceanSound Partners, where he led investments in middle-market software and services companies.

Previously, Parin was a private equity associate at TA Associates, where he focused on enterprise software investments. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank.

Parin holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Management from Boston College.
