Anne-Laure Klein

Anne-Laure is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Operations Group, based in Paris.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2022, she was the COO of insurtech Akur8, an AI-powered insurance pricing automation platform, for three years.

Earlier in her career, Anne-Laure was a Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation at Sodexo and a Global Director of Strategy and Digital Transformation at Carrefour where she spent seven years working on the reshaping of the retail group across traditional and online businesses. Anne-Laure began her career at L.E.K. Consulting where she worked on private equity due diligence, M&A and post-merger integration support and corporate strategy over the course of eight years out of the Paris and Sydney offices.

Anne-Laure graduated from ESSEC Business School and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
