Dirk Jonske

Dirk Jonske is a Managing Director in Rothschild & Co’s GP Solutions group, based in New York. He has over 20 years of experience advising on secondary private equity transactions and direct equity raises with a core focus on continuation vehicles.

Prior to joining Rothschild & Co in 2026, Dirk was a Managing Director and Co-Head of GP Solutions at Stifel Financial Corp. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Credit Suisse and UBS. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
