Global Advisory: Eric Lalo joins Rothschild & Co as Head of Sovereign Advisory
Rothschild & Co's Global Advisory business announced today that Eric Lalo will join Rothschild & Co as Managing Director and Head of Sovereign Advisory.
Prior to joining Rothschild & Co, Mr Lalo spent 10 years as Co-Head of Lazard's Sovereign Advisory Group, and has over 30 years expertise in sovereign and quasi-sovereign debt. He has advised numerous sovereigns and sovereign owned entities across Africa, Central Asia, Europe, and Latin America on over $230 billion of assignments focused on debt restructurings, capital structuring, and banking sector reorganisations.
This senior hire confirms Rothschild & Co's ambition to accelerate its growth in this business.
Mr Lalo graduated from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (MSc) and has a MA in Economics from Institut d'Etudes Poliques of Paris.
