Dhara joined Rothschild & Co over two years ago as a Level Four Apprentice in our Wealth Management business in the UK, based in our London office.

I spent the first six months of my role rotating through various teams related to my role before joining the Marketing and Business Development team. My role is very varied: from outreach campaigns to system implementation and reporting efficiencies, my work positively impacts every stage of a prospective client’s journey.
My team always encourage me to get involved in projects that interest me, giving me exposure to areas of the business and different teams that I may not have otherwise worked with.
I have grown immensely throughout my Apprenticeship through the support of my team. Rothschild & Co always finds ways to support me as an individual."
I am empowered to challenge the ‘what’ and ‘why’ behind our work, which has helped me build confidence and think more strategically. My team is always mindful of balancing my day-to-day work with studying.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring new areas of London. Despite moving to the city almost four years ago, there are still neighbourhoods I’m yet to discover and new cafés and restaurants to try.”
