Jess Reoch

Jess Reoch is the Group Human Resources Director and the Global Head of HR for Global Advisory. She also serves on the boards of NM Rothschild & Sons Limited and Redburn (Europe) Limited.

Jess brings a wealth of global experience to her role, having served as Head of HR for the Americas, based in New York, and HR Director for our Global Advisory business in EMEA. In 2017 she became the HR Director for Wealth Management & Trust, a position she held until 2021.

In 2024, she assumed the additional role of Deputy Head of HR before taking on the Group HR Director role in January 2025.

Jess holds a degree in Politics from Newcastle University.
