Guillaume Vigneras

Guillaume Vignéras is a Partner and European Co-Head of Infrastructure at Rothschild & Co, based in Paris.

Since he joined Rothschild & Co in 2002, he has been involved in numerous M&A transactions with a focus on regulated and renewable energies, telecom infrastructure, as well as transport infrastructure subsectors. He has also been advising on transactions mainly for large French corporates, leading private equity firms and infrastructure investors.

He is a graduate from HEC Paris and holds a CEMS Master degree from the University of Cologne.
